Handling Procedure:
1.Application Form (can be downloaded)
2.Preliminary design and copy of approval of project budgetary estimate.
3.Proof of project financing.
4."Bidding Document" that meet the following requirement:
(1) Contract, including notice on bidding, contract articles, and other necessary information on bidding notice.
(2) Technical parameter, including technical standards and regulation and other necessary blueprints, list of work and rules on work calculation.
(3) Facilities to be provided, including transportation, communication, experiment facilities as well as office facilities.
5.Power of Attorney for agency.
Handling Procedure:
１. The bidder (or qualified agency) shall submit the application form and "Bidding Documents" and other relevant documents to Shanghai Urban Infrastructure Projects Administration Bureau. Address" Xu Jia Hui Road No. 579 Room 707, Zip Code: 200023
２. Within ten working days after the receipt of the application form and Bidding Documents, decision on "Approve" or "Need to be Revised" will be made in written form and be informed to the bidder (or qualified agency). The result will be published on the Internet and submitted to the Ministry of Transportation for file.
