Handling Procedure:
First Time
Registration:
£±. Employer of the registered architect or registered
structural engineer shall fill out the application form.
£². Submit the
certificate of qualification exam. If the certificate was issued five years ago,
proof of the current level shall be provided.
£³. Copy of labor contract
between the employer and applicant shall be provided (the Contract shall be
valid for more than one year and signed by the applicant.).
£´. Proof of moral
standards. This document shall be provided by the employer that the applicant
has been working for more than two years or other qualified agencies (only for
the application of Grade A registered architecture and structural
engineer).
£µ. Physical exam approval issue by district or county level (or
above) hospitals. (Only the approval issued in the past three months is
valid.)
£¶. Copy of ID card of the applicant.
£·. If the applicant is
transferred to another employer, proof of transfer or resignation shall be
provided.
£¸. Other relevant documents shall be provided for applicants from
designing institutions afflicted to universities or colleges.
Renewed
Registration:
£±. Employer shall fill out the application form for renewed
registration.
£². Proof of professional moral standards shall be provided for
the registration of Grade A registered architect and registered structural
engineer.
£³. Copy of Labor Contract between the applicant and the employer.
(The contract shall be valid for more than one year and shall be signed by the
applicant.)
£´. Proof that the applicant has received continuous
education.
£µ. Physical examination approval from district (county) level
hospitals. (Approval issued in the past three months.)
£¶. Copy of ID card of
the application.
Alteration of Registration:
£±. Application Form for the alteration between
original and new employer.
£². Copy of Labor Contract between the applicant
and the employer (The contract shall be valid for more than one year and shall
be signed by the applicant.)
£³. Proof that the applicant has terminated his
contract with the original employer or the original employer has agreed his
transfer. (Except for the employment of retireee.)
£´. Proof or professional
moral standards in the past two years provided by the original employer.
£µ.
If the alteration takes place when the original registration is still valid,
then proof from provincial level construction administration departments that
the alteration will not affect the qualification of original employer shall be
submitted.
£¶. Copy of the ID card of applicant.
£·. Professional stamp of
the applicant before the alteration.
