5. "Letter of Intent on Port Service Agreement" signed by transport operator and berths;
6. Contract on ship rent should be provided for time charter or bareboat charter ; if bare ship are rent, copies of "Certificate on Bareboat charter Registration" should also be provided;
7. Other documents. 

Transaction procedures: Port Administrative Bureau of Shanghai accepts the application, and relevant materials (two copies for one document) are to be examined before sent to Ministry of Communications for registration.
