their branch offices in Shanghai

10. Copies of "Certification on Qualification Registration for
Non-vessel operating carrying transportation business" of the parent
company;
11. Documents confirming business scope of the branch office from
parent company;
12. Copies of script certificate from bank on paying caution
money for non-vessel operating carrying transportation business.
If
Chinese legal entities apply to operate non-vessel operating carrying
transportation business, they should provide materials mentioned in Items 1-4,
and item 12; if overseas enterprises apply to operate non-vessel operating
carrying transportation business by designating a liaison department to be their
foreign-invested enterprise or resident representative office in China, they
