Application procedure: (I) Application for registration;
(II) Approval document issued by superintendent authority;
(III) Certificate of right of land use;
(IV) Report of capital assessment;
(V) Basic information and certification of identity of the principal;
(VI) Draft of articles of association.
Execution procedure:
(I) Acceptance: the application of the establisher shall be accepted when the documents, certificates and forms are complete and proved valid;
(II) Examination: Examine the trueness, legality and validity of the documents, certificates and forms and verify the items and conditions in and for registration;

1. 100 yuan for every registration, including the fee for certificate;
2. Fee of proclamation shall be charged as per the actual standard.
