Application procedure: (I) Written application for establishment of branch (representative) organization of social organization
(II) "Registration Form of Establishment of Branch (Representative) Organization of Social Organizations";
(III) Approval of superintendent authority;
(IV) Meeting solution on establishment of branch (representative) organization of social organization;
(V) Rules and regulations for the operation of branch (representative) organization of social organization;
(VI) "Record Form of Principal of the Branch (Representative) Organization of Social Organization";
(VII) Certificate of house ownership or right of use;
(VIII) Managerial regulations of the social organization on the operation of its branch (representative) organization;
(IX) Should the social organization be located at a different place from its branch (representative) organization, the applicant shall also submit the comment of the local authority for registration in charge of the location of the branch (representative) organization.
Execution procedure:
(I) The social organization shall submit the application to the superintendent authority;
(II) Upon the consent, the superintendent authority shall issue an approval document;
(III) The social organization shall submit the application and relevant documents to the authority for registration;
(IV) For the branch (representative) organization approved for establishment, the authority for registration shall issue the "Registration Certificate of Branch (Representative) Organization of a Social Organization" and have the applicant obtain the certificate and sign for the obtainment;
(V) The social organization shall apply to relevant authority for seal carving.
Standard and basis of charge: (I) Standard of charge
1. 10 yuan for every application

2. 40 yuan for the registration, including the fee of certificate.

Applicant's qualification: (I) With normative name;
(II) With fixed residence;
(III) With the business scope in conformity with the articles of association;
(IV) Approval of the superintendent authority;
(V) The branch organization, to be established within the social organization, has a business scope not the same or similar to that of any other branch organization already established;
(VI) Without any other conditions prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
