Execution authority: District/county authority for religious affairs
Application procedure: 1. With fixed site and name; 2. with citizen believers who often attend the religious activities; 3. with the management organization composed by the citizen believers; 4. with clergies who preside the religious activities or the persons qualified to the rules of religion; 5. with management regulations; 6. with legal economic income.
Execution procedure: The application documents for establishment of religious activities place shall be submitted by the management organization and the principal to the authority for registration: 1. written application; 2. relevant documents and certifications of the place; 3. comment issued by town/township government or community office. The authority for religious affairs higher than county level shall make decision whether to accept the application according to the completeness of submitted documents within 15 days since receiving the application documents. The authority for registration shall examine the application as per the requirements of registration and relevant regulations within 60 days since accepting the application and issue the registration certificate to the qualified and handle the process of registration of legal person to that with legal personality. The authority for registration shall issue interim registration certificate to those applicable. For those unqualified, the authority shall postpone the registration or reject the application and send written notification to explain the reasons.
