original "Urban Planning and Designing Certificate"
¢Ü One copy of "Enterprise
Legal Person Business License" or "Business License"

of key technical staff and proof on the number of staffing.

Appointment of legal Person or approval of legal person alteration (copy)

Handling Procedure:

Procedure of application: Fill out the application form and submit it to
Shanghai Municipal Urban Planning Administration Bureau.
£². Approval
procedure: The initial approval of Grade A qualification is in the chare of
Urban Planning Administration Bureau. Ministry of Construction will make the
final decision and issue the qualification certificate. The approval of Grade B
and C qualification and issuance of certificate are in the charge of Shanghai
Municipal Urban Planning Administration Bureau. The application will be
submitted to Minisry of Construction for file.
