Handling Procedure:
１. Application form.
２. Foreign or non-domestic technical regulations to be adopted (incluing the approved Chinese version.)
３. Testing and inspection materials provided by relevant departments.
４. Opinion from designing companies. Consulting opinion from qualified local designing companies shall be provided if the project is design by non-domestic or foreign designing companies.
