£±. Legal representative of non-domestic or foreign
legal person or legal entities shall submit the application. Letter of
invitiation shall be submitted (applicants that participate in public bidding do
not have to submit the letter of invitation).
£². Valid business license
issued by supervising authorities in the counties and areas of registration
(Approved translated version shall be provided).
£³. Balance sheet over the
past three years and capital credit from financial institutions shall be
provided.
£´. Introduction about similar projects.
£µ. Resume and copy of ID
cards of legal person and major technical staff shall be provided.
