Procedures:
1. Fill out the application form. (The form can be downloaded in WORD or PDF format), indicating the information about the applicant, basic information of the project, creativeness, advancement and technical features of the industrial application, scope of application and targets. It shall also indicate the necessarily of application, content, market potential, target and scope, financing, basic information about the legal person, duration of business and prediction of economic returns.
2. Relevant technical information: Including technical testing report, user suggestion, or the testing and quality inspection report of samples and sample machines, report on actual usage (New medicine certificate or Phase II Clinic Experience Approval shall be submitted for pharmaceutical projects), patent certificate, prize certificate, municipal-level planning certificate, high and new-technology enterprise certificate, advanced technology enterprise certificate, copies of the balance sheet of the previous year (if any), checking report of scientific and technological achievements (provided by relevant authorities at state or municipal level).
Foreign-invested enterprises shall meet one of the following requirements if they are to apply for the appraisal of industrial application of high and new technology.
1. The industrial application is based on Chinese scientific and technological achievements (patents).
2. Second time development of new technology and new products on the basis of foreign scientific and technological achievements.
3. Introducing foreign high scientific and technological achievements (patents) and carrying out the industrial application in China.
4. Scientific and technological achievements developed by itself, with patent owned by itself as well.
