Procedure: If the
construction project is included in Shanghai municipal fixed asset investment
plan, the construction company can apply for the permit at Shanghai Municipal
Fixed Investment Project Permit Issuance Office.
Procedures:
1.
Investment permit is needed for all kinds of fixed asset investment projects in
Shanghai (including renewed, concluded or new projects) with more than RMB
500,000 yuan of total investment (not including equipment purchase). One permit
can be used for several years until the completion of projects.
2. Production
project with less than RMB 30 million of investment or non-production project
with less than RMB 15 million of investment can apply for investment permit at
district (county) level planning commission.
