Procedures:
The feasibility study report to
be submitted shall include the following:
1. Valid approval of project
proposal
2. Feasibility study report of the project
3. Business license
and qualification of real estate development companies
4. Approval of urban
planning departments on the selection of location
5.Preliminary approval from
land administration departments on land usage
6.Project capital guarantee,
opinion of urban infrastructure departments, and floor map of the
project
Procedures:
1. The applicant shall submit the application to
relevant commissions, departments, bureaus or district (county) planning
administrative departments, indicating the budgetary estimate.
2. Relevant
commissions, departments, bureaus or district (county) planning administrative
departments will state preliminary opinion and submit the application to
Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission.
3. Shanghai Municipal
Development and Reform Commission make its decision after taking into
consideration the overall situation.
