Application procedure: (1) Personal ID card (soldier's certificate or passport).

(2) Certificate of education level (including completion certificate of vocational training) or vocation qualification certificate or incumbency qualification certificate.

(3) "Shanghai Registration Form of Appraisal of Vocational Skills", filled in by the applicant.

(4) Black-white hat-free photos, one 1-inch and one 2-inch respectively.

(5) Paying the fee for appraisal.

Execution procedure:
　　1. The applicant shall handle the application process at the training service window of local district/county employment agency or the acceptance windows of the municipal Vocational Skills Appraisal Center 30 days before the monthly appraisal date required in the "Announcement of Appraisal" by the municipal Vocational Skills Appraisal Center.
　　2. The superintendent authority over the acceptance window shall examine the application within 5 working days.
　　3. The municipal Vocational Skills Appraisal Center shall arrange an examination within 5 working days since approving the application and then feed back this information to the applicant.
　　4. Within 10 working days since the appraisal finishes, the examinee shall check the examination result through the website of municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau.
　　IV. Result
　　1. Within 20 working days since the examination for vocational skills appraisal finishes, the applicant shall obtain the vocation qualification certificate and handle other relevant matters at the municipal Vocational Skills Appraisal Center.
　　2. The failed examinee shall apply for reexamination. The procedure of such application shall be the same as a new application.

Accomplish the apprentice period;

Graduates with diploma or completion certificate of the vocational training institutions in all types and levels;

Period from the existing vocation qualification certificate and incumbency qualification certificate.
