Application procedure: Execution procedure: ¡¡¡¡1. The employer
organization that plans to handle the registration of recruitment shall fill in
and affix official seal on the "Name List of Employees to Be Recruited by
Organization of Shanghai", in three sheets, (the first sheet is to be kept at
employment agency, the second sheet is the certification for the employer
organization to obtain the personnel archive of the employee and the third sheet
is to be kept by the employer organization). The first sheet shall be sent to
the employment agency through direct delivery, express mail or registered mail.
¡¡¡¡2. The employer organization that plans to handle the registration of
dismissal shall fill in and affix official seal on the "Certification of
Dismissal by Organization of Shanghai", in four sheets, (the first sheet is to
be kept at employment agency, the second sheet is to be the certification of
dismissal and kept with the personal archive of employee, the third sheet is to
be kept by the dismissed employee and the fourth sheet is to be kept by the
employer organization). The first sheet shall be sent to the employment agency
through direct delivery, express mail or registered mail.
¡¡¡¡3. The employer organization shall make record the date of recruitment or
dismissal in the "Labor's Manual" or the "Record Card of Job Application by
Surplus Laborers from Rural Area"; the employer organization shall record the
date of recruitment or dismissal and affix the official seal on the "Record Form
of Laborers".
¡¡¡¡*The employer organization that has the "password of online execution" at
Shanghai labor and social security service website shall handle the registration
of recruitment or dismissal through Internet at www.12333.gov.cn. ¡¡¡¡Result of
execution: ¡¡¡¡For that qualifies to the examination, the employment agency
shall manage the registration information of recruitment or dismissal in the
"Shanghai Labor and Social Security Management Information System". Meanwhile,
the employer organization shall obtain, keep and transfer the personnel archive
of the employee as per the state and Shanghai regulations on archives
management.
¡¡¡¡For that fails in the examination, the employment agency shall notify it of
the reasons.

employer organization in Shanghai shall settle the registration of recruitment
within 30 days since hiring the employee(s) after it employs the employee(s)
with Shanghai residence registration, including that (those) contracted with
standard or special employment relation and Type A "Shanghai Residence
Permit".
2. The employer organization in Shanghai shall settle the registration of
dismissal within 7 days since firing the employee(s) after it terminates or
revokes the employment contract(s) with the employee(s) with Shanghai residence
registration, including that (those) contracted with standard or special
employment relation and Type A "Shanghai Residence Permit".
* The employer organization that fails to settle the registration of
recruitment or dismissal within the respective required time limit shall be
punished as per "Regulations on Management of Laborer Market" and "Regulations
of Shanghai on Employment Contract" promulgated by Ministry of Labor and Social
Security.
