How do the collective contracts come into force?
(01/17/2004)

Usually, the conclusion of the collective contracts requires procedures of negotiation, deliberation, execution and submission for review and approval. The administrative authority of the labour and social security reviews and approves the collective contracts according to law, which is the inevitable procedure for the collective contracts coming into force. The enterprises shall, within 7 days upon execution of such contracts, present the originals of the collective contracts and explanatory materials whereto to the administrative authority of the labour and social security. The presented collective contracts shall come into force promptly on conditions that the administrative authority of the labour and social security gives no comments within 15 days upon receipt whereof and be declared in a proper manner by the enterprises, otherwise, the enterprise shall make necessary correctness and amendments within 15 days and re-present them for review and approval.
