(1) Those who have joined the endowment insurance system of the city or town
(2) Male employees aged 60, female employees engaged in management and technological work aged 55, female employees engaged in manufacturing service work aged 50
(3) Must have jointed the work force before the end of the year 1992 with at least ten consecutive years of working experience; must have joined the work force after the year 1993 and have paid the endowment insurance premium for at least 15 years
