(I) Written application for registration of change signed by the legal representative or the principal of the unit and affixed with the official seal of the unit;
(II) Approval document issued by superintendent authority on the changed items to be registered;
(III) Registration form of changes, in three copies;
(IV) Explanation of revision of articles of association or partnering agreement;
(V) Revised articles of association or partnering agreement, in three copies;
(VI) Verification form of articles of association, in three copies.
Execution procedure:
(I) Submit application document;
(II) Obtain the new certificate.

40 yuan for every registration of changed item.

Time limit: The authority for registration shall make the decision whether to approve the registration and send written notification to the applicant within 60 days since receiving all valid application documents.
