(IV) Registration form for changes, in three copies;
(V) Revised articles of association, in three copies;
(VI) Verification form of articles of association, in three copies.

Time limit: The authority for registration shall make the decision whether to approve the registration and send written notification to the applicant within 60 days since receiving all valid application documents.
Applicant's qualification: The private non-enterprise unit which superintendent authority is to be changed shall find new superintendent authority and apply to the authority for registration for registration of such change within 90 days since the original superintendent authority issues the document stating the termination of superintendence.
