Execution authority: Shanghai Administration of Social Organizations (Management Division for Private Non-enterprise Units), district/county administration of social organizations

Application procedure: The private non-enterprise unit that needs to change the location shall apply to the authority for registration for registration of the change within 30 days since the change is approved by the superintendent authority.
The applicant shall submit following documents:
(I) Written application for registration of change signed by the legal representative or the principal of the unit and affixed with the official seal of the unit;
(II) Approval document issued by superintendent authority on the changed items to be registered;
(III) Registration form of changes, in three copies;
(IV) Certification of property ownership of right of use of the new location;
(V) Revised articles of association, in three copies;
(VI) Verification form of articles of association, in three copies.
Execution procedure:
(I) Submit application document;
(II) Obtain the new certificate.
(III) Announce the change to public.
Standard and basis of charge: (I) Standard of charge
1. 40 yuan for every registration of changed item;
2. Fee of proclamation shall be charged as per the actual standard.
