Application procedure:
(I) Written application for registration of change of business scope of social organization;
(II) "Registration Form of Change of Social Organization";
(III) Approval document issued by superintendent authority;
(IV) Meeting solution on revision of articles of association of social organization;
(V) "Verification Form of Articles of Association of Social Organization";
(VI) Articles of association of the social organization.
Execution procedure:
(I) The social organization shall revise the articles of association as per the articles of association;
(II) The social organization shall apply to the superintendent authority for examination of articles of association and change of business scope;
(III) Within 30 days since receiving the approval document issued by the superintendent authority, the social organization shall submit the application and the relevant documents to the authority for registration for verification of articles of association and registration of change;
(IV) Upon the approval, the authority for registration shall issue the approval document approving the registration of change and the new "Registration Certificate of a Social Organization".
Standard and basis of charge: (I) Standard of charge
1. 10 yuan for every acceptance of application;
2. 40 yuan for every registration of changed item.

(II) The new business scope shall be concrete, clear and in conformity with the name of social organization, as well subject to laws and regulations;
(III) The change is approved the superintendent authority.
