Application procedure:
(I) Written application for registration of change of registered capital of social organization;
(II) Meeting solution of assignment of legal representative;
(III) "Registration Form of Change of Social Organization";
(IV) "Registration Form of Legal Representative of Social Organization";
(V) Copy of ID card with the signature of legal representative;
(VI) "Record Form of Principal of Social Organization";
(VII) Approval document of the concurrence of leader of social organization by the leader of CPC or government above division level;
(VIII) Approval document issued by superintendent authority;
(IX) Audit report;
(X) Name list of members of new council.
Execution procedure:
(I) The social organization shall select and assign the legal representative as per the conditions and procedure stipulated in the articles of association;
(II) The social organization shall apply to the superintendent authority for examination of articles of association and change of legal representative;
(III) Within 30 days since receiving the approval document issued by the superintendent authority, the social organization shall submit the application and the relevant documents to the authority for registration.
(IV) Upon the approval, the authority for registration shall issue the approval document approving the registration of change and the new "Registration Certificate of a Social Organization".
(V) The authority for registration shall release the proclamation of the social organization approved at the public newspapers and magazines.
Standard and basis of charge: (I) Standard of charge
1. 10 yuan for every acceptance of application;
2. 40 yuan for every registration of changed item.
