3. Certificates on capial credit;
4. Real estate ownership certificate of the business ground;
5. Construction plan and sectional drawing of the fixed ground for movie showing;
6. Detailed list on equipment and devices for moving showing. 

Transaction procedures: 1. Applicant units file in the application to local administrative departments on culture on district or county level, who is to produce an opinion from preliminary examination within 15 days, and then report the application to Administrion on Culture, Radio, Film and Television of Shanghai for approval for approval;
2. Administrion on Culture, Radio, Film and Television of Shanghai is to make a decision on whether to approve the application or not within 15 days from the day when they receive opinion from preliminary examination. Those getting approval are to be issued a "Permit on Operating Movie Showing" or "Permit on Non-Profit-making Movie Showing".

Charging standard and its basis: "Permit on Units for Movie Showing": 20RMB per piece (H.J.S.[92] No.273)

3. Having management personnel who are familiar with the work of movie showing and more than 2 persons with certificates on showing movies;
4. Having necessary management system on movie showing;
5. Having prescribed amount of funds;
6. Other conditions prescribed by the state administrative departments on film.
