Application formalities: 1. To fill in "Application and Registration Form on Permit on Making and Operating Radio and TV Programs" (two copies for one form);
2. Feasibility report on setting up program making units and its constitution;
3. Certificates, Credit certificates of major employees and certificates on equipment;
4. Leasing contract of office accommodation;
5.Letter of attorney on person handling the application produced by the applicant unit;
6.Letter of authorization on name issued by administrative department on industry and commerce;
7.Other relevant materials.

2. Having more than 5 permenent professional personnel, who have professional title above middle rank in the field or with the same experience;
3. Having fixed office accommodation and machine room and equipment essential for making and duplicating radio and TV programs;
4. Having funds fit for its business.
