Application formalities: Applicants should submit the following materials:
1. A written application for performance;
2. Letter of intent on performance;
3. Materials on contents of performance;
4. "Permit on Profit-making Performance" of the performing agencies and actors.

Transaction procedures: Applicants should file in the application to transaction department at 20 days prior to performance. The transaction department is to do examination on materials from applicants within 10 days from the day when they accept the application and make a decision on whether to approve the application or not.
To apply to hold performance at other provinces, autonomaus regions or municipalities beyond the local place of performance agencies, applicants should also submit their materials to culture administrative departments above regional and county level for examination and approval.
