2. Name of the program (or of the subject), utilized frequency (or channel), show time of the program and an introduction of approximately 300 words about the content of the program (or the subject);
3. The names and resume of the personnel in charge of censorship and of the anchorman of the program;
4. Model and quantity of such equipment as time lag system and of telephone accumulator system.

Transaction procedures: the transaction department should, within 10 days from receiving the application materials, do examination work on written materials of application for starting direct broadcast by the public dialing hotline to radio or television stations submitted from the applicants and make a decision on whether to approve the application or not.
