What requirements do returned Overseas Chinese or their children have to meet if they apply for having another child as a special treatment?

(1) The couple are returned Overseas Chinese who have returned to China to settle down, and have been in China for less than six years with one child;

(2) one of the couple is a returned Overseas Chinese and is already pregnant before returning to China to settle down; or

(3) one of the couple is a returned Overseas Chinese and their child or the children of the couple have settled down abroad and they are with no child in China.
