If a currently employed person changing his/her job in Shanghai did not handle the procedures of transferring their annuity insurance affiliated with the new organization in the month he/she changed their workplace organization, his/her Medical Insurance will be terminated.

In order to prevent the currently employed person from terminating the Medical Insurance due to their change of job, the enterprise recruiting a new employee that has participated in medical insurance shall, in the month that he/she transferred the annuity insurance affiliation out of the original workplace organization to the 8th day of the next month, bring the employee's Notice of Annuity Relationship Individual Account Transfer to the appropriate district/county Medical Insurance Center to handle the procedures of registering the transfer-in of the Medical Insurance affiliation, and fill out the Application Form of Registering the Transfer-in of the Employee’s Individual Medical Account.
