An employee’s employer shall handle the procedures of Basic Medical Insurance registration in the appropriate social insurance institution, as follows:

A newly established organization shall handle the procedures of Basic Medical Insurance registration within 30 days from the date of its establishment; if the employee’s organization cancels or changes the Basic Medical Insurance registration legally, it shall handle the procedures of cancellation or change in the institution which it originally registered in, 30 days from the date of occurrence.
