(1) Wash the hands before eating, use chopsticks as often as possible,
advocate a separate dining system;
(2) remember to distinguish whether the food is decayed, and whether there
are any foreign substances in the food;
(3) do not eat forbidden or prohibited foods, and eat only a small amount or
no uncooked seafood and aquatic products, and
(4) do not excessively or uncontrollably over-indulge in food or drink.
