(1) Keep the state of the problematic dish intact and immediately discuss it
with the responsible manager in the restaurant;
(2) in the case of the food not being eaten and no health problems occurring,
the problem can be solved through a negotiation with the restaurant according to
the regulations such as the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and
Interests, etc.;
(3) collect all related evidence such as the consumption receipt, the
invoice, etc., and later related evidence such as the medical history card and
the inspection report, etc. This evidence should be preserved in the case of
health problems occurring;
(4) once there is a suspected food poisoning, to avoid the unidentifiable
condition of the food poisoning out of procrastination, the incident should be
immediately reported to the food and drug supervision department to undergo a
timely investigation.
