A citizen who is applying for scattering cremated remains/bone ash into the sea shall register at Longhua Funeral House (210 Caoxi Road), Baoxing Funeral House (833 Xibaoxing Road), Yishan Funeral House (1500 Laohumin Road) or Feisi Sea Burial Office (Room 203, 80-1 Wending Road) with his/her ID card and the registered residence certificate that proves the relative’s relationship with the deceased.
