What are the existing administrative laws and regulations for the management of non-governmental organizations?

At present, the laws and regulations for the management of non-governmental organizations are:

(1) The Regulations on the Registration Management of Social Organizations;

(2) the Interim Regulations on the Registration Management of Non-governmental Non-enterprise Organizations, and

(3) the Regulations on the Management of Foundations.
