If a person finds an illegal non-governmental organization or illegal activities conducted by a non-governmental organization, to whom shall this be reported?

This can be reported to the district/county Social Organization Administration, the Supervision Section of Law Execution of the Municipal Social Organization Administration or the General Supervision Brigade of the Municipal Social Organization Administration, according to the location and administration level.
