The applicant for registration shall fulfill the following conditions as stipulated in the regulations:

(1) Approval document issued by the superintendent organization;

(2) normative name and necessary organization structure;

(3) suitable staff for the business;

(4) legal assets suitable for the business and

(5) necessary places.

In addition, the name of a non-governmental non-enterprise organization shall conform to the Interim Regulations on the Name Management of Non-governmental Non-enterprise Organizations promulgated by Ministry of Civil Affairs.

The non-governmental non-enterprise organization shall possess the legal assets suitable for its business. Among the assets, the non-governmental part shall be not less than 2/3. The opening capital shall reach to the least level required by the industry.
