The non-governmental non-enterprise organizations are divided into three types: a non-governmental non-enterprise organization (legal character), a non-governmental non-enterprise organization (partnership) or a non-governmental non-enterprise organization (private), according to the ways of abiding by civil responsibility.

(1) An organization founded by at least two persons and eligible for a legal representative person shall be registered as non-governmental non-enterprise organization (legal character);

(2) an organization founded by at least two persons and as a joint-type shall be registered as non-governmental non-enterprise organization (partnership), and

(3) an organization founded by an individual who is also the responsible person of this organization shall be registered as non-governmental non-enterprise organization (private).

The organization founded by enterprise, governmental institution, social association or other social body or jointly by any of above organization and individual shall be registered as non-governmental non-enterprise organization (legal personality).
