"Immature employees" are defined as employees between 16 to 18 years of age; the regulations include:

(1) The prohibition of assigning underground work, toxic and harmful work, the work defined as Level-IV physical labor intensity by the national regulations, and other prohibited work types to immature employees, and

(2) the employer must regularly provide medical examinations to immature employees.
