Arbitration committees accept labor disputes between enterprises and private-owned economic entities and their employees, or between government administrative departments and institutes and social associations and their contract employees. The labor disputes include:

(1) Disputes caused an enterprise's dismissal of an employee or the employee's resignation;

(2) disputes caused by the implementation of State regulations on salary, insurance, welfare, training and labor protection;

(3) disputes caused during the implementation of a labor contract, and

(4) other disputes stipulated by laws and regulations.
