1. A credit report inquiry application must be submitted by the applicant in
person. When making an inquiry, an applicant must show their own personal
identification.
2. The content of the credit report is consistent with the information on the
consumer¡¯s credit in the individual credit trans-collection system, as at the
time of generating the report. Such information is reported by authorized
agencies and individuals in the credit collecting process; this information is
collected then entered into the individual credit trans-collection system by the
credit bureau.
3. The credit bureau undertakes the responsibility of maintaining an
objective and neutral position, and guarantees to follow this principle
throughout the process of information gathering, processing and reorganizing.
4. A credit report should only be taken as a reference, and should never
function as certification.
5. If one finds any incorrect information within their credit report, an
objection application should be raised with the credit bureau in a timely
manner.
6. Objections raised on the basic information in one¡¯s credit report will be
revised by the credit bureau according to the documented evidence the applicant
provides; objections raised on any other information will be verified by the
credit bureau according to the process of assisting the investigation of an
objection.
8. One should take care of their credit report appropriately and be careful
to ensure its secrecy is maintained.
