There are several conditions as follows:

(1) In the case of making any inquiry on an individual's own credit report, RMB 30.00 will be charged for the result; and if no result is attained, no fees will be charged;

(2) when an inquiry is conducted by a credit granting institution, the expenses will be paid by the credit granting institution via the settling of their account with the Shanghai Credit Information Services Co. Ltd., and

(3) in the case of an individual raising an objection on the credit records of a bank or to some specific records on the credit report, individuals can request to obtain a free revised credit report from the credit bureau if the objection is confirmed after verification.
