The individual credit report inquiry process is as follows:

(1) Submit an inquiry pre-application to the credit bureau individually via telephone or e-mail. Tel: +86 21 6207 7206; online reservation: http://www.shanghai-cis.com.cn;

(2) Pre-registrations will be dealt with by the credit bureau in two working days;

(3) Go to a credit report inquiry acceptance agency, fill in the inquiry application form, show an original form of personal identification, and an individual can be issued their own credit report on the spot.
