As follows, are the key provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Production Safety:

(1) The legislative purposes and principles of this Law and the guidelines of production safety;

(2) the guarantees for production safety that must be established by the production and business operation entities;

(3) the rights and obligations of employees in production safety;

(4) the functions and duties, division, and requirements of supervision and management of production safety;

(5) emergency rescue, investigation and handling of production safety accidents in production and business operations, and

(6) the relevant legal liabilities borne by the violator of this Law.
