To suspend, resume or transfer the service, one should bring their identification card (or Military ID or passport), to apply for the service change in their local office. The first deduction after the change of the bank account will be from the new account.

For leaseholders, to terminate the service, they should take their identification card (or Military ID or passport) to the local office. If they are still in the lease, they should also bring the cable modem in use and all its accessories, and go through the procedures at the local office.

To pay all arrears, one should bring their latest arrears notice and go through the procedures at the local office.
