Which Internet content falls under the category of "Internet publishing"?

According to Article Five of the "Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Internet Publishing", selecting and editing Internet providers' own works or other people's works and publishing them on the Internet for public browsing and reading, sending to end users, or providing downloads is considered as Internet publishing.

Such works include:

(1) Books, newspapers, periodicals, audio and video publications, electronic publications and other works that have been published in the media.

(2) Literary, artistic works and other works in the field of natural science, social science and engineering.
