Different documents and materials should be submitted, depending on the business scope and the means of electronic publication.

I. The following documents should be submitted for the application of a wholesale license for electronic publications:

(1) A letter of application, indicating the name and address of the enterprise(s), the legal representative, name and address of the major responsible person and the source and amount of capital;

(2) the articles of association of the enterprise(s);

(3) proof of the registered capital;

(4) proof of the use of a business venue;

(5) the ID card of the legal representative or major responsible person;

(6) the qualifications of the legal representative, major responsible person or other professional staff, and

(7) documents proving PC management ability.

II. The following documents should be submitted for the application of a retail license for electronic publications:

(1) The letter of application, indicating the name, address and legal representative of the enterprise and the name and address of the major responsible person;

(2) proof of the use of business venue, and

(3) the ID and qualifications of the responsible person.
