The following documents should be submitted by enterprises applying for the (wholesale) publication license of book, newspaper and magazine wholesaling:

(1) The letter of application, indicating the name and address of the enterprise(s), the legal representative, the name and address of the major responsible person and the source and amount of capital;

(2) the articles of association of the enterprise(s);

(3) proof of registered capital;

(4) proof of the use of the business venue;

(5) the ID card of the legal representative or major responsible person;

(6) qualifications of the legal representative, major responsible person or other professional staff, and

(7) documents proving PC management ability.
