According to the applied provisions in the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promoting SMEs, the State is promoting the development of SMEs in the following five aspects:

(1) Financial support;

(2) assistance in establishing a business;

(3) encouragement for technical innovations;

(4) providing the developing market environment, and

(5) mobilization of any and all social strengths to provide services to their sound and smooth development.
