News report "Good Deeds Need to be Improved" was published on Xinmin Evening
Post on March, 30th, which appealed planning and designing administration to
think for the relocated residents with living difficulties and construct more
low and medium price commercial housing with more reasonable structure that the
residents can afford to buy, and rent. The other day, good news came from the
Municipal Housing Land Resources Bureau that principle of "adding two items and
reducing one" has been decided in blue print on low and medium price commercial
housing construction of another round, so that more bargaining low and medium
price commercial housing can be put into market within the year for the
difficult relocated households.
It is reported that the newly constructed low and commercial housing is
located respectively at Zhoupu Town and Kangqiao town at Nanhui District and at
Jiangqiao Town at Jiading District, totaling 10 modeling residential districts.
Construction schemes of the modeling residential districts are chosen from the
new round of public bidding, which are appropriate for relocated residents,
especially for the disadvantaged ones.
From the scheme which has successfully won the bid, proportion of house
structure has been further adjusted in the new round modeling residential
districts.
* Proportion of housing with an area of 50m2 (one bedroom and one living
room) and that with an area of 70m2 (two bedrooms and one living room), while
proportion of housing with an area of 90m2 (three bedrooms and one living room)
has been reduced by 15%. At present, "practical housing" with an area of 50m2
and 70m2 make up 90% of the total amount
* Housing with an area of 50m2 (one bedroom and one living room) can be
reasonably used as the old structure( two rooms without a living room) and can
meet the practical needs of relocated families with living difficulties
* In the first half of this year, construction of these modeling residential
districts will be launched and construction will be started in an all-rounded
way within the year.
