Ever since China opened up to the world in 1980's, the Shanghai Municipal Government, led by the Communist Party of China and the State Council, makes great effort to build the city into an international economic, financial, trade and shipping center. Shanghai Municipal Committee of State-owned Assets examined and publicized the governing enterprises' ongoing procedures of new job offering in the 1st of this year, and defined the actions related to employment improvement and new job offering in the 2nd half of this year, which mainly include: improve the self-examination of new job offering assessment target, and implement the timely follow-up and supervision to the industrial assessment target plans; communicate the assessment information in time, and ordinate the feedbacks from the Municipal Bureau of Social Security and other related administrations proactively; continue to work on the statistics and sum-up of enterprises' major and auxiliary business separation; improve the guidance to enterprises in the system regulation, and follow the scientific rules to respect and guarantee the employees' democratic benefits and keep the enterprise and the society in stability.
