Ever since China opened up to the world in 1980's, the Shanghai Municipal Government, led by the Communist Party of China and the State Council, makes great effort to build the city into an international economic, financial, trade and shipping center. 40 Youth Startup Projects to Be Launched in Huangpu District

Disclosed on July 6th by Huangpu District labor administration, about 40 youth startup projects that are easy to initiate will be launched soon. The administration will provide helps of favorite office rent and supportive policy to those young people want to be their own bosses.
It's said that Huangpu District will hold "Startup in Huangpu---2004 Startup Projects Presentation" in East-sea Business Center on July 9th and 10th. The administration will provide the related startup training courses that cover the industries of graphing and computer technologies appealing to the young generation. Additionally, some small and midsize businesses will provide grey-collar" jobs at the moment.
